Calm Your Kids


Calm Your Kids classes are designed to teach children simple relaxation skills and to give them the opportunity to experience being completely calm and carefree.


 

At Calm Your Kids, we believe it is important to teach children the value and significance of relaxation as well as providing them with the tools they can use to practise relaxation now and into their adult lives.

A balanced life is vital to overall health and wellbeing, and providing children with the opportunity to take time out of their busy lives to calm down and relax helps to develop healthy habits that can last a lifetime.
 
Children enjoy sharing the experience with their peers and the multi-faceted approach to the classes keeps things interesting and entertaining while also teaching the children simple exercises they can use in their every day lives including deep breathing, meditation and mindfulness skills.

Parents enjoy investing in their children's lives with such positive extra-curricula activity and appreciate picking up children who are feeling more calm and refreshed after their classes.
